Equal Opportunities Platform (Equal Opportunities Platform) is a non-governmental organization in Dnipro, founded in 2021 with the mission to promote equal opportunities, inclusion and non-discrimination for all underrepresented groups in Ukrainian society with an emphasis on decision-making systems in social, political and economic processes. The purpose of the EOP is to work to end discrimination in all areas of life and empower under-represented groups by ensuring their participation in decision-making processes, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to assert their rights and strengthening their socio-economic status.
What We Do
Our activities are grouped around research, education, advocacy, and awareness-raising on the promotion and creation of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, inclusion, and empowerment of underrepresented and vulnerable groups in the Dnipro region and beyond, focusing on decision-making systems and structures.

It brings together experienced multidisciplinary professionals striving to create a diverse and non-discriminatory society, where everyone feels their importance, self-respect and can develop freely, realizing their full potential.
